Hi, I’m Tamara Mercier, owner of Everly Companion Care LLC.
I provide compassionate, dependable support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.
As a former special education teacher with 24 years of experience, I have supported individuals with diverse needs through patience, empathy, and thoughtful problem-solving. I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education and a background in Communications, allowing me to build meaningful, trust-based relationships with those I serve.
I began this journey to bring that same heart-centered approach to seniors—helping them feel valued, supported, and connected during this important stage of life.
At Everly Companion Care, I offer personalized, non-medical in-home support tailored to each client’s needs and routines, always with dignity, respect, and a calm, reassuring presence.
I am CPR and First Aid certified and trained in dementia care.

Medical or skilled nursing services are not provided.

Daily Companionship
Meaningful conversation and social engagement to foster mental wellness and prevent isolation.

Assistance with daily living tasks, organization, and nutritional oversight to maintain home well-being.
Rates
Companion Care
Companion Care
$35 per hour
2-hour minimum • 3-hour visits preferred
Personalized, non-medical support including companionship, light meal preparation, errands, and outings.
Errands & Transportation
$35 per hour
1-hour minimum
Assistance with grocery shopping, appointments, and other local errands.
Travel within 15 minutes included
1-Hour Check-Ins
$50 per visit
Includes travel
Brief visits for wellness check-ins, medication reminders, or light assistance.

Cancellation Policy
Companion Care & Errands
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled visit.
Same-day cancellations may be charged the full visit rate.
1-Hour Check-In Visits
Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed visits may be charged the full visit fee.
Rescheduling
There is no charge for rescheduling within the notice period.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time.
A Note on Flexibility
Emergencies and unexpected situations are always considered with care.
My goal is always to provide thoughtful, consistent care while respecting each client’s time and needs.
